- Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, method statements and RFIs.
- Conduct site inspections for quality, workmanship, progress and design compliance.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design and Infrastructure teams.
- Resolve design discrepancies, construction issues and coordination conflicts.
- Review architectural finishes, façades and villa/building details.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support snagging, de-snagging, close-out and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Building Codes and Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 5–7 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in villas, residential/community buildings and high-quality finishes.
- UAE project experience preferred.
- Strong technical, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
