- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate project schedules and work sequences across disciplines.
- Prepare schedule commentary for progress reports and identify critical-path activities.
- Monitor schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions/workarounds.
- Review and update project baselines, schedules and cost-loaded programmes.
- Review invoice verification for payment against cost-loaded schedules.
- Coordinate schedule information and interfaces between project teams.
- Track drawings, submittals, reports, BOQs, RFIs, inspections, change orders, invoices and payment requisitions.
- Develop and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Certification in project planning/scheduling, Primavera P6 and cost engineering.
- Previous experience with an Engineering or Project Management Consultancy.
- Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and control from initiation through close-out.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning software.
- Experience reviewing and updating baselines, project schedules and costs.
