- Conduct site inspections and respond to Contractor Inspection Requests (IRs).
- Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, quality and HSE standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and technical documents.
- Identify non-compliance and issue SORs/NCRs; monitor corrective actions through closure.
- Inspect architectural materials, finishes, fixtures, workmanship and mock-ups.
- Coordinate architectural works with Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape and other disciplines.
- Identify clashes, deviations and constructability issues to minimise rework and delays.
- Maintain inspection records, site reports, photographs and relevant documentation.
- Participate in snagging/de-snagging, final inspections and handover activities.
- Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in architectural site supervision/inspection.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction, finishes, drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, HSE requirements and relevant international standards.
- Strong communication, reporting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
